How Electrical
Calibration Works

A straightforward, documented process from instrument drop-off to certified return.

1
Instrument Intake & Inspection
Instruments are received, logged with tag number and serial number, and visually inspected for physical damage before calibration begins.
2
As-Found Measurement
The instrument is measured against our traceable reference standards across all required test points. All as-found readings are recorded before any adjustment is made.
3
Adjustment & Verification
If the instrument is out of tolerance, our technicians perform adjustments to bring it within specification, then re-measure to verify conformance.
4
As-Left Measurement & Documentation
Final as-left readings are recorded. A full calibration certificate is generated showing as-found data, adjustments made, as-left data, measurement uncertainty, and traceability statement.
5
Label & Return
Instruments are labelled with calibration date and next due date, then returned with the certificate ready for your records and audits.
Why It Matters

Instruments Drift.
Calibration Keeps Them Honest.

Electrical test equipment that reads incorrectly creates compliance failures, safety risks, and costly rework.

🛡️
Regulatory Compliance
PETRONAS, Shell and other operators require calibration certificates as part of their inspection and maintenance documentation.
🎯
Measurement Accuracy
Even high-quality meters drift over time. Regular calibration ensures your readings stay within specification.
📋
Audit Readiness
Traceable certificates with as-found and as-left values are essential evidence during safety audits, DOSH inspections, and operator pre-qualification.
